Who is responsible for your information
This site is operated by Frameout, the registered business name of Arafat Tehsin, ABN 95 276 908 542. Privacy questions can be sent to orders@frameout.com.au
Information Frameout collects
When a customer orders, Frameout collects the name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order contents and payment status needed to complete the order. Enquiry forms collect the information entered by the sender. Basic technical and security information may also be recorded when the site is used
How the information is used
Information is used to calculate delivery, process and fulfil orders, communicate about production or delivery, respond to enquiries, reconcile payments, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. Frameout will not sell customer information
Service providers
Stripe processes card payments. Microsoft Azure hosts the application and its transactional records. Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph deliver order and enquiry email. These providers handle information under their own security, privacy and data-location arrangements. Full card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Frameout
Storage, access and correction
Frameout keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. A person may ask to access or correct their personal information by contacting Frameout at the email above
